Auto classify
Noonmark's first AI feature. After ingest, the model picks a category and writes it on the Submission. It decides no acceptance and sends no webhook.
What it does
On a feedback Form with Auto classify on, every Submission gains a category from
the Form's list. The default list is bug, feature, question, praise, spam, other. The
Gate failed, or the Gate is off: it classifies all the same.
It needs the OpenAI key on the Workspace. Without it, ingest classifies nothing. Turning on Auto classify and the Gate together makes a single model call.
Not just the toggle
Paid plans come later. The check lives on the server: ingest and the action that turns the feature on both consult the Workspace. Hiding the checkbox in the Studio is not the lock.
Today every Workspace includes Auto classify and the Gate. When plans exist, the same function starts refusing — Submissions stop being classified even if the Form is still switched on.

Gate
Once a Submission lands, Noonmark can evaluate it. If it passes, it sends submission.accepted so your AI can start the work. Noonmark never writes code in your repo.
Newsletter
A step that puts each Submission's email address into a Resend audience, optionally only after the person confirms it. The confirmation is machine read, never Status.
