Members
Who is in a Workspace and what they may do. Two roles, owner and member; owners invite by email, remove, change roles and can delete the Workspace.
Roles
Every member of a Workspace is an owner or a member.
| Owner | Member | |
|---|---|---|
| Forms, Submissions, Integrations, tokens, settings | ✓ | ✓ |
| Invite, revoke an Invite, remove a member, change a role | ✓ | |
| Delete the Workspace | ✓ | |
| Leave the Workspace | ✓, unless the last owner | ✓ |
Whoever creates a Workspace is its owner. Someone who arrives through their company's sign-in joins as a member — unless the Workspace has no owner, in which case they become one. A Workspace always keeps at least one owner: the last one cannot leave, be removed or be made a member. Make someone else an owner first.
The rules are checked when the action runs, not by which buttons you see.
Invites
An owner opens Settings → Members, enters an email and a Role, and Noonmark emails a link. The link:
- works for seven days;
- works once;
- stops working when an owner revokes it;
- is accepted only by someone signed in whose primary email is the invited address (case does not matter). Signed in with another address, the page says so and nothing changes.
Accepting adds you to the Workspace with the invited Role and opens it. Noonmark keeps only a hash of the link's token.
An Invite is not a survey's Email invitations, which send a With UI Form's public link to people who will answer it.
Deleting a Workspace
At the bottom of Settings, an owner can delete the Workspace by typing its name. Every Form stops accepting Submissions first; then the Forms, their Submissions, Timeline, webhooks, Integrations, templates, tokens, Connections, Invites and members are deleted together. It cannot be undone. Slack Connections are revoked on Slack's side where Slack allows it.
To keep a Form, move it first: in the Form's Settings, Move to another Workspace hands it — with its Submissions, Timeline, webhooks and Integrations — to another Workspace you are a member of. Its API key and address stay the same. Its Slack Source is switched off, because the Slack Connection belongs to the old Workspace; pick a channel again from the new one's.
A Workspace on a paid plan cannot be deleted from the Studio — contact us to close it, so billing closes with it.
If it was your only Workspace, the Studio makes you a new, empty one and starts onboarding.

WebMCP
An agent in the browser can fill in a survey Form, or work the Studio's inbox, without clicking through the DOM. The ingest contract stays the same POST. WebMCP only describes the open page.
